Hello again Everyone!
As promised, this e-mail will focus predominantly on ways to help you along your journey into the world of cryptocurrency. If you can’t find at least one helpful tip in here, let me know what you are looking for and I will personally try and find it for you.
All the helpful content will be at the end of this email – and there will be no fewer than 10 tips to keep and use going forwards. Enjoy!
Time Marches On
As we turn the calendar past Labor Day and head towards the final four months of the year, I wanted to reflect on some aspects of the most precious commodity we all have – our time. I did three videos (all shot in one day, which was fun and crazy) on the topic this week, and they are only about 10 minutes each. Give them a listen here:
Time Management Playlist (3 Videos)
Also, if you enjoyed these types of videos, please Like, Subscribe, Comment and Share the videos. I’m trying to get the channel up to 1,000 people, which is really the tipping point for a channel to break out. Sharing a video or two could really help me get there. Thanks.
Best Video I Saw This Week
We’ve all been hearing about El Salvador’s official announcement of their adoption of Bitcoin as their national currency. That’s real time history being made this week, for certain, but what is the real impact? Mark Moss did a fantastic job of not only covering it but doing the “boots on the ground” approach in the Bitcoin Beach area of El Salvador. This video shows the value of Bitcoin to all the Salvadorans and how difficult (dare I say corrupt?) the banking system is in that country. It costs $50 a month for people to simply have a bank account. That’s downright criminal. Most people barely make $100 a month, so Bitcoin is a godsend.
Here’s the video, it’s well worth watching.
Before I share a rather lengthy list of tips (save this e-mail), if there's something that I didn't cover or that you need individual help with, email or call or text me at (240) 517-6051, or just set up a time for us to talk. I'm keeping the $149 founders special until the end of September, but after that it will likely have to go back up just because there's a lot going on and the time left in the year is running lower, so - as they say - act now!

$149 hour special for the rest of September!
Now, one last thing before I list all of the tips… I know your time is valuable and I greatly appreciate you sharing some of it to read all of this. Any and all feedback is welcome and will only make everything better as we continue our paths to financial freedom. I look forward to reading all of your replies. Thanks in advance.
As promised, here are several different helpful tips for you. I’ll provide each link and a description as to why to use them. Several are affiliate links (meaning I do get something if you use them) but a couple of things – I don’t provide any affiliate links that I either have used myself or that I haven’t fully vetted (or both). I don’t really endorse much but when I do – even with an affiliation – I only do it with those that I fully trust. I know how important that is.
Lastly, I know that some of these topics can be complicated, and while I am unable to offer financial advice (#NFA), I can advise you on some things on a consultation. For example, I recently re-established accounts on both Kucoin and Gate.io, which can be challenging even for crypto veterans like myself. If you ever have a need like that, you know I'm here! Set up some time!
Did I happen to mention this?
$149 hour special for the rest of September!
Now for the rest of the good stuff.
Here we go.
DIVI Master Nodes
One of the most popular questions I get is about DIVI, and how to get a Master Node. Well, I decided to directly help people in getting set up with DIVI – and all I charge for is my time. I don’t mark up the coins at all – we get a quote for you and I make sure that when we are finished that your node is up and running. Just $100 for the smaller nodes (Copper, Silver) and a little more for the bigger ones – which works out to be around 1% of the cost of the DIVI itself. Trust me, you won’t find a better deal on DIVI. The top two appointments on my calendar are dedicated to DIVI master nodes:
New Over the Counter (OTC) Option
I mentioned this last week, but it is extremely important that you get familiar with an OTC option for buying and selling cryptocurrencies. I have looked at many options, and the best one in the US is CoinTradingCo. The fees are rolled into the cost of the trade and it is just 3.5%, again similar to that other popular OTC desk. I’ve spoken to the owners and done two trades with them already with great success.
They are available in 43 US states (AL, AK, FL, NV, NM, NY and WA are excluded at this time) and Canada. Simply wire the funds ($2,000 trade minimum) to their bank and all quotes and trades are done via text message. Email them your address for your coins and they magically appear. That’s it. They are open during normal East Coast business hours (M-F 9-5).
Borrowing Against Your Crypto
Are you “crypto rich” but cash poor? Do you need access to some extra cash, just in case of emergency? Or maybe you just want to know how to borrow against your Bitcoin, Ethereum or other coins? I got you covered. NEXO is the best option that I have found, and I use them myself. You immediately get a 50% credit line for BTC and ETH and can put it straight to work:

Custodians for Cryptocurrency
If you are not the “hands on” type for crypto or if you just want to invest by writing a check to someone that can help you, then Viva Capital is your best option. They are the best “white glove service” concierge that I have found, and they offer fantastic services such as insurance, earning returns on your cryptocurrency and even unique investment options. Now they do have a minimum investment level of $100,000, but as prices continue to increase, don’t you want to protect (and insure) your wealth? The services that they provide for a nominal annual fee (paid quarterly) is well worth it.
Viva Capital believes in investing not just in cryptocurrencies but in relationships with their clients. They want a good fit for you, and I personally use (and work with) them on a regular basis. Give me a call if you want to discuss Viva and we can decide if what they offer is the right fit for you.
I like to offer choices to everyone – that way you get to make your own decision between two good options. Everyone wins!
A few years ago I worked with Will Lehr at Perpetual Assets to set up my cryptocurrency IRA. It took a little bit of time, but it was well worth it to have that IRA set up to buy what I really wanted to invest in for the long term. Here’s the contact info, and just tell them “LitecoinLeader sent you” and Will and his team will take good care of you, or use the link below:
Now, back then I did not know the team at Viva Capital, nor did they have a Crypto IRA option. Their solution is also a very good one, and Michelle offers not only IRA assistance but can also help with LLC and other legal structure and planning advice. She knows way more than I do in these departments, and having the ability to tell her what the situation is and get the best advice for legal protection is virtually priceless.

No affiliates, just good info:
My favorite cryptocurrency wallet, available on PC, Mac and mobile.
ABRA app (in the app store)
Highly, highly underrated app. It is BOTH a wallet and an exchange, and that’s a rare find. They also offer interest on stable coins (8.5% last I checked). Remember interest?
Top US Exchanges:
Top Coin Tracking Sites and apps:
I prefer CoinGecko as my top app to go and find a new coin and what exchange supports it. The other important info to find is the wallet that supports any coin. Newer coins are often tough – but that’s why I’m here. Call me if you get stuck.
Trust wallet (app store)
Atomic wallet (app store)
Both of these wallets support all Ethereum-based (ERC20) coins, and Atomic offers staking options. Trust is mobile platform only but Atomic in on PC / Mac and mobile.
